Riggs is searching for a place to call home. He has a bit of an independent streak, he's high energy and loves to play ball. Riggs is ok with most canine companions but can be selective about his playmates. He walks well on a leash. Riggs is quite lovable with those he trusts. Please give this boy a chance.
