The two were adopted together and had a loving family. Recently, Tom unfortunately ingested something that required surgery. Because the procedure was costly, his family made the difficult decision to surrender him to the veterinary clinic so he could receive the care he needed. The wonderful vet team stepped in, got him healthy again, and once he had fully recovered, they reached out to us to welcome him back. Of course, we said yes! 💛 Now Tom is fully recovered and thriving in a foster home with kids, dogs, and other cats—and he is completely unfazed by any of them! 🐶🐱👧 Tom (or Tom-Tom-Tamale as we lovingly call him) is a quiet, easygoing guy. He tends to keep to himself around other animals but is perfectly comfortable sharing space with them. He’s a snuggler at bedtime, loves curling up nearby, and is not the hiding type at all. Adoption Fee Includes: Spay/neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccines, SNAP test, dewormer, flea/tick prevention, and general wellness care. Please note: Foster-to-adopt homes must be within 30 miles of Lemont and use one of our partnered vets. We do not adopt out of state until the cat is fully vetted.
