Riggs was caught and brought in as a stray. A local town has a stray cat problem so they are working on trapping some. Riggs is starting to trust us and seems like he was handled at some point. He is enjoying some head scratches now. We will update more about him as the days go by. Riggs will be tested and neutered before adoption.
