About Hope
Hope was born in February 2023 and is a black mouth cur mix from the Bahamas. She’s overcome a tough start—her first family was lost, and she survived on her own before being rescued after raising a litter of puppies. Despite all of this, Hope greets every person with a sweet, gentle nature and soaks up affection whenever she can. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and her heartworm treatment (covered by Pet Search) has already begun. She’s housebroken, crate trained, and does great with other dogs. She doesn’t react to cats and, although she hasn’t lived with children in her foster home, her calm nature and easy tolerance suggest she’d do well with respectful kids. Hope weighs around 40 pounds and would fit into nearly any type of household. If you’re searching for a dog with a big heart who deserves the comfort she’s missed, Hope’s ready to meet you in Washington, PA. She’s a Pisces, so don’t be surprised if she’s extra gentle and loving. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
