She might play “hard to get” at first — just taking a moment to read your vibe — but once you’re in, you are in. This girl bonds deeply and loves with her whole being. By day, she’s your enthusiastic adventure buddy. Fetch? Yes. Walk? Absolutely. Learn something new? She’s in. She has a playful spark and a relatively high daytime energy, so she thrives with activity and engagement. By night (or after a solid play session), she transforms into a certified cuddle bug who wants nothing more than to curl up close and soak in affection. She’s nearly house trained and working hard every day. She does beautifully in her crate — sleeping through the night near her human and settling when left alone (no accidents, no barking). A quick “don’t go!” whine at first, then she relaxes. She rides well in the car (crate or lap preferred) and is continuing to polish her leash skills. Poppi hasn’t yet met other animals or kids in her foster home, so her compatibility there is still unknown. She’s looking for someone who understands that the best gems take just a moment to shine — and once she does, she’ll give you playful joy, soulful eyes, and wholehearted love. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
