I took Velma out for photos with a visiting photographer 2/7/26. She was fairly easy to leash but really wanted to burst out of her kennel. She pulled quite a bit on the leash and had a big wagging tail, very excited. She greeted the photographer by climbing into his lap and giving lots of kisses, so she had to be pulled off of him for show time. She mostly wanted to run towards the squeaker toy and jump around so it was a little difficult, but I was able to get her back in her kennel without problems. She would likely need a higher energy home to suit her needs, like a family with older kids or other dogs.
