MEET LINUS FOSTERED IN EAST BEND, NC! Linus is an 11 pound, three-year-old Shih Tzu looking for a forever family! Linus came to our rescue as a breeding pup. He has conquered the doggy door and house training, He likes to snuggle, play with his furry foster siblings, toys are fun too! Linus has not been tested with young children, and we will only let him go to a home with children aged 10 and above that are respectful. Linus will require a fenced in yard, The outside world is very new to him, and it is just best to have a secure yard for him. He will walk on a leash with a harness. He rides well in the car. Linus is crate trained and sleeps in his crate at night. He has recently found his voice and will alert bark when he hears a noise. Linus will require a patient adoptive family as he did come from a breeding situation, and he is learning the ropes! He has come very far but his adopter(s) will need to understand that he will need some time to warm up. We do conduct vet references, home visits and personal interviews prior to a meet and greet.
