About Fred
Fred is a mellow, affectionate senior who wants nothing more than a soft spot to nap and a human to call his own. This older gent has fully embraced his golden years and does so quietly—thanks to his hearing loss, no amount of household clatter will bother him. Potty trained and polite, Fred will let you know with a little bark when it's time to go out or time to eat, and he never misses a chance to welcome you home for a round of required scritches and loving looks. If you like car rides, Fred makes a perfect co-pilot; he’s at ease on the road and happy to keep you company. He enjoys the company of other dogs, politely setting boundaries when needed, and shows only mild, short-lived interest in cats. Around children, Fred displays the same easygoing nature that defines him elsewhere. Mostly though, he’ll contentedly snooze his days away and gladly join you for a nap or a little wander. A true Pisces, Fred adapts seamlessly to new environments and brings an easy, gentle energy wherever he goes. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
