Ellie was found at an apartment complex where pets are too often left behind when people move away. When she was rescued, she was very sick with a severe upper respiratory infection. Thankfully, with care and treatment, Ellie is now healthy and ready for a new beginning. We also discovered she had already been spayed and microchipped, but sadly the chip was never registered—meaning no one ever came looking for her. Despite everything she’s been through, Ellie is incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving. She has a quiet kindness about her and just wants a safe place to belong. Ellie has already been let down once.
