She may be small, but her loving personality is huge! 💕 She recently arrived looking like she had a bit of flea dermatitis, which can happen when some dogs have a reaction to even a single flea bite. She has already been treated for fleas and ticks, and she’s doing great. Elvira also did wonderfully during grooming, showing what a good girl she is. She’s currently hanging out with her shelter friends—a pug, a chihuahua, and another terrier—and gets along well with other dogs, even though most of them are bigger than she is.
