At a baseball watch party at a local bar, Rocket soaked up the attention and made friends with everyone he met. This boy truly knows no strangers! He has even met his foster mother’s 1-year-old granddaughter. He was a little excited to see her but still very sweet. But Rocket’s journey hasn’t been easy. He and his two sisters were heartbreakingly left behind when their owners moved away. Despite it all, Rocket has held onto his big heart and even bigger smile, now he’s ready for the forever family he deserves. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed about tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport. *Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year. *Listed breed and age are based on a best-guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption. *Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption. *All of our adopters are invited to join our “Alum Pupdates” Facebook group to share their story and their adorable pup with fellow Sunnyside Street Dogs adopters!
