Meet Harvey! This survivor has been through so much. He came to our rescue after being turned in to the county shelter. He survived being used as a bait dog, and was found with a bullet wound in the leg. He has healed but will always walk with a limp. His past doesn't stop him. He is thriving in his foster home with a loving family and even a dog sibling who he loves. He loves to play with toys, stuffies, snuggling.
