Persephone has an incredible story of resilience. She was rescued this past winter from a location where dogs had been attacking cats in the area. When she was found, she was in very rough shape—she had lost much of her fur and was severely infested with fleas. Despite everything she had been through, Persephone surprised everyone by walking right up to her rescuers, showing just how friendly and trusting she truly is. Since being rescued, Persephone has received the care she needed and is now doing wonderfully. Her fur is growing back, and she’s enjoying the comfort and safety she always deserved. Persephone is a loving, affectionate girl who enjoys attention and being around people. One of her favorite things is lounging on her cat tower, where she can relax and watch the world around her. After such a difficult start, Persephone is ready for a home where she will be safe, loved, and treated like the special girl she is.
