My name is Georgia, and boy, do I have a tail to tell! I'm a black lab mix, a sleek and athletic 34 pounds of pure canine energy. I'm just a year old, and my life is all about chasing squirrels, burying bones, and showering my humans with slobbery kisses. The backyard is my kingdom. I'm a natural-born hunter, you see. Chipmunks and rabbits are all fair game in my world. I stalk them with the stealth of a seasoned professional, nose twitching, tail held low, ready to pounce! Okay, maybe I don't *catch* them all the time, but the thrill of the chase is what matters. When I'm not patrolling the perimeter, I'm usually chewing on a delicious bone or tearing the squeaker out of my favorite toy. The squeak is the best part! And then there are the snuggles. Oh, the snuggles! I'm a total cuddle bug, the perfect lab. I love nothing more than to curl up at my fosters feet on the couch, or even better, sneak onto the bed for a morning cuddle session. Life is pretty fantastic, except for one thing: thunderstorms. Those booming, flashing terrors send shivers down my spine. My foster grabs my favorite blanket, plops it on the couch, and snuggles with me until the storm passes. Buried under the blanket with my human, I’m not so afraid anymore.
