I'm going to be the type of dog who likes to exist near you at home, not always in your skin. Think you sitting at one end of the couch, me curled up at the other.</div> <div> I like to give other people a sniff when they come to greet me, but I'm not going to make a huge fuss to go see them if they walk away. I prefer the people within my circle. A good way for you to make friends with me is a quick game of tug though! I really love playing fetch, I'm still learning how to bring it right back to you instead of 10 feet away. I do get vocal when it comes to playing, little gremlin noises as one volunteer described it, and while it can sound mean I don't mean any harm! I even understand that everyone has different levels of how rough they want to play and adjust to it.</div> <div> I would love to be someone's running buddy. I'm still working on perfecting my stride alongside you when it comes to activity, but I'm a quick learner! I do very well on a harness but I am strong so I'll need someone who can train me or handle some <i>muscle</i>.
