About Dixen
Dixen’s story started in the unlikeliest place—a propane cage at a gas station in Danville. After a rough start and some time hiding under a washer fluid stand, Dixen was rescued and brought somewhere safe. At first, he kept to himself, quiet and cautious, but each day he’s trusted his new environment a little more. Now, he comes out for attention, soaks up every gentle pet, and even enjoys being picked up. Dixen has been neutered, microchipped, and is current on his vaccinations. He’s estimated to be about six years old. He gets along seamlessly with both male and female cats that are friendly. Dixen seems ready to settle in as a relaxed, affectionate companion for someone patient and kind. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
