She was found abandoned in a dog park tied to the fence, with a water bowl and half a bag of dog food. She came in with a bright pink collar, her nails trimmed and painted, and she was terrified. Zoe loves people and being outside. She was potty trained upon her arrival to BCAF but has since been experiencing pretty significant mental decline. She is so sweet and just wants to find a forever home and get some freedom. She has done well on walks with other dogs, is so athletic, and she has the build of a true terrier.
