Lucas is about 2–3 years old and weighs 37 lbs. He’s energetic and loves to play, showing friendliness around people and a social side with other dogs. Lucas was discovered by a volunteer, and he may be a distemper survivor, which left him with a mouth twitch. This quirk doesn’t bother him or prevent him from eating normally.
