Sancho had a rough start to life. He was found in Tijuana back in January barely surviving on a dirty mattress. He was weak and nervous, but even then his little tail never stopped wagging. With time, good food, and lots of care, Sancho has made an incredible comeback. Now about 7 months old, he’s a sweet, gentle puppy who is ready for a fresh start with a family of his own. Sancho is a bit of an old soul for a puppy. While he still enjoys playtime, he’s surprisingly calm and loves curling up next to his people for cuddles. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine friend, but he’d also be happy soaking up all the love as your one and only. We think Sancho is some kind of shepherd mix, and he’s currently about 20 pounds. We expect he’ll grow into a medium-sized dog, perfect for both adventures and couch snuggles. After such a tough beginning, Sancho is ready for the happy ending he deserves.
