SPIDER: Spider is a sweet approx. 7 month old kitten. Spider and his 4 siblings were found skinny and sick at ~10 weeks old in a White Lake neighborhood in October. We were called out to help trap them and find them homes. While their one and only sister has found her home along with one of their brothers whom remained with the trapper, Spider and his brother Ghoul still seek their forever homes. We have worked long and hard to get them comfortable with humans and other animals. He is still a little skittish with being approached but is gaining confidence more and more every day! However once next to him and given attention he melts right into you for all the love and attention you are willing to give. He gets along great with the other cats in their foster home, even plays with the two youngest cats and enjoys getting cuddles and groomed by one. He co-exists with the dogs in the house, they are not his favorite but he tolerates living with them and them approaching. He will occasionally get spooked by them when they rough house and run around but overall he tolerates the dogs well. There are two children in the home <3 years old and he does great with them! He lets them pet him and climb over him when he could not be bothered to move out of their way. He knows where his safe spaces are where he can go to not be bothered by other animals or humans and will head there when he has had enough of whatever is going on. Fully litter box trained with no issues. He has used clumping and non-clumping litter, scented and unscented with no preference shown or refusal to use one or another. Nail trim conditioned, does good with them. We are still working with him on them and remained still for longer but overall does great with them. Especially when a churro tube treat is involved. He is UTD on ALL vaccines. Set to get neutered and microchipped March 30th.
