When he feels safe and understood, Toby is affectionate, loyal, and eager to be close to his people. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends around. Like many dogs, his quirks are manageable with structure, consistency, and clear boundaries. Toby isn't looking for a perfect home -- he's looking for the right home.
