Roxy is a 3-year-old miniature poodle who came from a breeder. She does well with other dogs and usually adjusts quickly to new environments. Roxy is a bit timid around people, so she will do best with a patient adopter who can provide calm, consistent, and gentle guidance. She has not yet mastered leash walking, but with time and consistent training, she can learn. Dogs from breeders often benefit from structured routines, early socialization, and positive reinforcement training to build confidence and good manners—Roxy is no exception. A small, securely fenced yard would be ideal for her. Roxy has been with Minnie, a Boston Terrier, since birth, and it would be wonderful if they could stay together.
