Batman's teeth often get caught on his cheeks, making him look a little bit like a bulldog! He was surrendered with a severe upper respiratory infection. The person who surrendered him was trying to treat him at home but he was not getting better and they couldn't continue caring for a sickly stray. She called him "The Batman" due to his tendency to hide and come out at night. Batman is special needs, as his runny nose appears to be chronically reoccurring. He is pretty shy and does not enjoy being held, but he does like to be pet and loves people-watching and his dinnertime!
