Lyra is a beautiful 1 year old Shepherd mix who is 41 pounds but she could easily add another 5 pounds. Lyra carries herself with the relaxed confidence of a girl who truly enjoys life’s simple joys with walks through the neighborhood, peaceful hikes along wooded trails, and cuddling on the couch. When the outing ends, she happily settles in with a beloved stuffed toy and plenty of cozy snuggle time. Her affectionate personality shines brightest when she is near her people. Lyra can form a strong bond with her family and loves being included in everyday moments, whether that means riding in the car, joining a family walk, or curling up beside her favorite human for the evening! She is friendly with strangers which makes her a social butterfly as she greets everyone with playful curiosity and gentle manners along with her playful nature.
