Sylvia – Elegant Green-Eyed Beauty with a Poet’s Soul Hi, I’m Sylvia. Yes, that Sylvia—named after Sylvia Plath. Don’t worry though, my poetry mostly consists of dramatic morning announcements and heartfelt odes to tuna. I’m a shy girl at first. Life moved a little fast for me early on—I became a young mama before I’d really figured the world out. But now I’m spayed, safe, and finally getting to discover how wonderful it is to simply be a cat. These days I’m exploring things I never had time for before… like toys! One of the first things people notice about me is my beautiful olive-green eyes framed by perfect natural black “eyeliner.” I like to think it gives me a mysterious, poetic look. Mornings are my specialty. I like to greet the day with a very enthusiastic good-morning song (some people call it screaming, but I think that’s a little dramatic). Once you’re awake, I’ll happily run back and forth so you can give me pets and start the day with some affection. One of my favorite luxuries is being brushed with a soft-bristle brush. I absolutely melt when someone takes the time to brush me—it makes me feel like the little queen I know I am. And if you really want to win my heart, bring out the tuna Churu treats. I love them. Truly. Passionately. Poetically. I’ve also recently discovered the thrill of playtime. My absolute favorite toy is the feather wand called Da Bird Feather Toy. When that comes out, my inner hunter awakens and I forget all about being shy. Because I’m a sensitive soul, I would likely do best as the only pet in a calm, quiet home where I can take my time getting to know you. Give me a little patience while I settle in, and I promise something special—once I trust you, I will be a loyal, loving companion for life.
