Spencer is full of energy and a happy 10 pound boy. He likes to play, loves to cuddle and to sleep with you. He can be shy initially but warms up once he knows you. Spencer loves to play with the other dogs and thinks he needs to be in everyone's business so he knows what is going on! He is housebroken and does fine around cats. Spencer uses a doggie door, is good on a leash, and likes car rides. He was owner surrender due to owners health. Spencer is around one year and fully vetted and chipped.
