Meet Woofie: a 5-year-old spirited vocal Husky with a gentle spirit and a resilient heart. He was rescued after being found chained to a tree, and thanks to the compassion of a Big Dog Ranch team member, he was given the chance to leave that life behind and begin a safer, more hopeful chapter. Woofie is very loving and affectionate loving to serenade you with his wonderful singing skills or show off his silly bunny hops he is always ready for a good time, Woofie would do best with an adopter who has experience with Huskies and understands their needs, including exercise, enrichment, and grooming. Woofie does well with dogs enjoying many playmates. Woofie came to us extremely matted due to neglect, so our wonderful Vet staff got to work giving Woofie a funky hairdo that relieved so much discomfort although looking a bit funny right now his hair will quickly grow back so a family ready to upkeep his furry future is needed. He would benefit from a calm, patient home that allows him time to settle and adjust at his own pace. Woofie is looking for a loving, knowledgeable home where he finally enjoy the safety, care, and companionship they deserve.
