About Nick
Nick is one of four resilient domestic shorthair cats still adjusting to life after a difficult past. He spent much of his early life among 27 cats in a home where care was scarce, but things have changed for the better. Since being rescued, Nick has learned to trust little by little, living with both cats and dogs in his current foster home. He no longer runs in fear, instead choosing curiosity and calm, responding to gentle voices and the offer of treats. Litter box habits and scratching post use come naturally to him, a sign of his adaptability. Nick would be happiest in a home with at least one friendly cat, as he draws courage and comfort from feline companionship. He doesn't need to be adopted with his original group, but would gladly join a home with other cats or move as part of a pair. With patience and a soft touch, Nick will continue to open up, finding comfort in a stable environment and gentle encouragement. All adopted cats are microchipped, neutered, and vaccinated.
