About Willow

Meet Willow! Willow is a 7-month-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix with a clever mind and an easygoing charm. She’s about 32 pounds now and will probably fill out to around 40, making her an ideal medium-sized companion who fits just as well on hiking trails as she does curled up on the couch. Willow loves being outside—she thrives on daily walks, romps in the yard, and any excuse to stretch her legs. She’s kennel trained and motivated to learn, picking up routines quickly and eager to please her people. Her energy shines when she has a confident older male dog to play with and a family that enjoys active fun. Willow gets along well with dogs and does particularly well if there’s another playful, steady dog in the home. She’s also great with kids who are old enough to enjoy her playful side and include her in the action—she excels in a lively, outdoorsy household. Because she’s spirited in her play, Willow isn’t suited to homes with small dogs or cats. She came to rescue because her prior family couldn’t give her the time she needed, and now she’s ready for a home that will nurture her potential. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will bring joy (and a good laugh or two) into your life, Willow may be the one. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
