Meet Macey! Macey is a 6-year-old Golden Retriever with the sweetest personality. She’s been an absolute joy in her foster home and is a perfect loving companion. About Macey: • Low–medium energy • Walks nicely on a leash (no pulling!) • Great in the car • Well behaved in the house — no crate needed • Loves her toys and will entertain herself with adorable head-shake toy sessions Macey is currently fostered with another dog and mostly keeps to herself. She doesn’t seem to need a canine sibling and would be perfectly happy soaking up love from her people. She’s also been friendly with dogs she’s seen at the park and allowed kids to pet her. Cats are unknown. Macey is incredibly affectionate and will happily follow you around the house just to be near you. She’s still working on taking treats a little more gently and recently learned how to go up stairs (down is still a work in progress!). Overall, she’s a sweet, easygoing girl who just wants to be loved by her people. She would make a wonderful addition to a lucky family.
