Meet Sugar Sweet • Loving • Gentle Companion Sugar was a devoted mom in a high-intake shelter, where she cared for her puppies despite the stressful environment. She is now safe in foster care with Pep’s Pals Rescue and is ready to find her forever home. Sugar has a calm, affectionate nature and truly enjoys being with her people. She walks nicely on leash, takes treats gently, and already knows basic commands like “sit.” She is treat-motivated, eager to please, and loves receiving affection from her humans. In the home, Sugar strikes a nice balance with a medium energy level. She enjoys getting out for walks and spending time with her people, but she is also happy to relax and settle in afterward. She can be a little jumpy when excited, but she is gentle and sweet with her enthusiasm.
