Dewey found himself outside on a very cold day and tried just walking into someone's house, but that didn't go over very well, and he ended up at the shelter instead. He's a very happy and social guy. We have learned he can be a bit of a bully with other cats but seems to enjoy being with dogs and even likes to roughhouse with one of the smaller dogs at the shelter.
