Cottontail—also known as Cody—is a big, easy-going guy with plenty of heart and a balanced temperament. Fully housebroken and crate trained, he enjoys lounging or snoozing in his crate, though the promise of a treat is sometimes needed for encouragement. On leash, he’s polite, rarely pulling, especially with regular yard access—he seems happiest when his routine stays predictable. Cottontail’s vocal side pops up when new people approach the condo or pass the car, but his bark comes from a place of alertness rather than aggression. Around cats, he gets excited—he’s only seen them through windows so far, and would likely need supervision or a cat-free home.
