Mallory & Mickey – Bonded Chihuahua Siblings Looking for a Soft Place to Land! Meet Mallory and Mickey, a precious bonded pair of 9-year-old Chihuahuas who we believe are siblings and have spent their entire lives together. These tiny best friends are inseparable and looking for a loving home where they can stay side by side forever. Mallory weighs about 7 pounds and Mickey is a petite 6 pounds, but what they lack in size they more than make up for in sweetness and love. When they first came to us, these babies unfortunately were not in the best condition. Thankfully they are currently being fostered by an incredible veterinarian who has been helping them get back to feeling their best. Both pups needed dental care right away, and poor Mickey had a significant infection in his mouth that even affected his eye. After getting the care they needed, both Mallory and Mickey had some teeth removed but still have a few left, and they’re currently on antibiotics while they finish healing up. They’re already feeling much better and will be as good as new by the time they go to their forever home! Personality-wise, Mallory is the more outgoing of the pair, while Mickey is a little more shy and tends to rely on his sister for confidence. That said, Mickey is an absolute sweetheart who just needs a little time to warm up. Like many Chihuahuas, they can be nervous when first meeting new people, but once they feel safe they truly just want to be close to their person and soak up all the love they can get. These two adore being held and cuddled and would be happiest in a home where they can spend lots of time snuggling with their humans. Mallory and Mickey sleep wonderfully together in a kennel at night and are champions at using pee pads. They’re not very familiar with walking on leashes yet, so their future adopter will need to be patient and help them learn at their own pace. Both pups are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and will come with health certificates as well.
