Notes from my cold weather foster: Rusty can be a little shy when first meeting but given time and gentle attention he will warm up. He loves cuddles and kisses and is great with children. Rusty is a curious puppy and is learning how to walk on a leash. Overall, Rusty has a calm and sweet demeanor and is ready for his forever home!
