All he really wants is attention, pets, and to be told what a handsome guy he is (which, to be fair, is very often). He thrives on affection and will happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give. Bonus points if you happen to have some tasty treats—he’s not above accepting snacks as part of his adoration package. Because of his size, Chapo will do best with a home that understands and appreciates large breeds. But personality-wise, he’s just a big teddy bear looking for his forever family. Chapo spent the weekend in a foster home and the foster reports he was amazing! He had really good manners (especially for a 1 year old with some lingering puppy energy)! He loved laying fetch in the yard, he let the foster know when he needed to go outside to potty, and he was an excellent cuddler. Chapo also rode well in the car; he'll be a great adventure buddy! He was calm and curious when meeting the foster's cat through a glass sliding door too! What a perfect gentleman!
