This is Jupiter! Jupiter was surrendered to another rescue whom we have worked with in the past. Unfortionately this Rescue's foster is having medical problems and cannot continue to care for him so they reached out to us for help. We believe rescues should work together and with the same goal of wanting to help the animals in need, this was something we wanted to be able to help them with. We are grateful they trusted such a sweet boy as Jupiter with us. Jupiter is a very special boy. You See, he is so special that he was born without the gift of sight. Jupiter is blind. He has been taken to the eye specialist and had a full examination done where it was confirmed. This sweet boy is not able to see but this does not keep him from exploring the world around him. After all, you can't keep a good dog down! Since he cannot see his other senses seem even more heightened as he uses his nose and ears to help guide him to things such as the food and water bowl. He will need a home that is committed to giving him the special care and attention he deserves. Being a long haired dog, he will also need regular grooming to upkeep his beautiful coat. Jupiter was born on 12/05/25. He is 13 weeks old. He weighs 6.10lbs. He is a poodle mix. He is extremely friendly and outgoing. He loves to play with people and he is friendly with other dogs around him. He loves to cuddle and be held. He is silly and playful and does not let his lack of sight keep him from exploring his surroundings. He has started his DAPP vaccines (x2) and has been microchipped and dewormed. He has had his initial exam done and has a date scheduled to be neutered.
