About Suede
Suede arrived at the shelter with her kittens, Velcro, Button, and Zipper, wanting nothing to do with humans at first. She was defensive, hissing and growling whenever anyone approached. But her devotion to her kittens was clear; Suede kept a close eye on them and allowed them to nurse much longer than typical. Over time, Suede started to learn that people could be trusted—especially if there were treats involved. She still has a shy streak but grows a little braver each day, venturing out for pets and attention more willingly. Suede is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. She gets along well with other cats and makes slow, steady progress as her confidence builds. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
