About Bert
Bert came into rescue after being abandoned with his family at a hotel. He started out skittish and a little feisty, but his personality has come alive in foster care—now he’s full of affection and eagerly seeks out pets and company. Bert has a playful side and is quite talkative, never shy about letting you know when he wants attention. He has a distinctive bobtail after an accident required a partial amputation, giving him a memorable look and lots of character. Bert gets along with other cats and is patiently waiting for his forever home while his tail finishes healing. He’s nearly ready to find his lucky family and settle in for good.
