Bert came into rescue after being abandoned with his family at a hotel. He started out skittish and a little feisty, but his personality has come alive in foster care—now he’s full of affection and eagerly seeks out pets and company. Bert has a playful side and is quite talkative, never shy about letting you know when he wants attention. He has a distinctive bobtail after an accident required a partial amputation, giving him a memorable look and lots of character.
