Buddy landed at DREAM after his person lost their home and couldn't bring him along. He had been living in a car before arriving at the rescue, but you wouldn’t guess that meeting him. Buddy is a 2-year-old American Bulldog mix, currently about 60 lbs, with short fur that's easy to care for. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and all checked up—no fleas or ticks, and heartworm negative. House trained and crate trained (up to four hours), Buddy knows the drill and settles in well, especially when given routine and consistency. He loves car rides almost as much as he enjoys long walks. Nylabones, benebones, and elk antlers keep him busy, and he’s a sucker for belly rubs and couch time with people. His caretakers often call him mellow and low stress. Buddy gets along best with submissive female dogs and needs a cat-free home—he shows prey drive and hasn’t been cat tested.
