Hey there, Bug! Bug is an approximately 3 year old, 12 pound female chihuahua who was rescued from a hoarding situation. Bug is the sweetest little girl and is ready to find her forever home! Bug is sweet and quiet and just wants to be part of a family and home where she feels safe. Due to her past, Bug is shy at first and gets freaked out by new situations. However, once she’s comfortable, she loves to lay on your lap. She loves a good chin/face scratch! Once relaxed, she enjoys playing with toys, interacting with other small dogs, and loves treats. Bug loves bones and things she can chew. She loves collecting toys and taking them back to her crate. Bug should go to a childfree home with an experienced owner and a fenced yard. She is pee pad trained. Bug is fully vetted and up to date on her vaccinations. She is spayed, microchipped, and is heartworm negative. She takes monthly heartworm prevention. Your current dogs/cats must be spayed or neutered unless a veterinarian has determined that your current pet(s) should not be fixed due to medical reasons. They must also be up-to-date on shots and on HW preventative. Reference checks and a home visit are required so SE dogs can only be adopted in NC/SC, VA, TN, AL, MD and GA.
