Meet Pickles 🥒 Pickles is a happy, sweet, and gentle pup who’s ready to find a family to call his own. He’s the kind of dog who loves the simple things in life like squeaky toys, belly rubs, pets, and curling up for some cuddles with his people. Pickles walks very nicely on a leash and enjoys getting out for walks and exploring the world around him. He’s also dog-friendly and does well with kids, making him a great companion for many types of homes. However, Pickles would prefer a home without cats. His foster family is currently working with him on crate training. He doesn’t love going into his crate just yet and may take a few minutes to settle, but they’re helping him learn that it’s a safe and positive space. With a little patience and consistency, he’s making progress. Pickles is doing well with house training as long as he’s kept on a consistent schedule and taken outside regularly. He doesn’t currently signal when he needs to go out, so routine is key for his success. Overall, Pickles is a loving, joyful pup who just wants to be close to his people and soak up all the affection he can get.
