This sweet and incredibly affectionate 8 week old shepherd mix is going to warm your heart as he wiggles when he greets you and covers you in kisses! He adores his people and will be your best friend, sticking by your side on adventures and snuggling up with you on the couch. Shepherds are incredibly loyal and Toby is no exception! This little nugget loves his people, a lap, and a snuggle! He follows his people around the house, lays between their feet while they're cooking, sits on their laps while dining, and can't wait to have an exhausted puppy nap in their arms as they watch tv. Toby is sweet and curious about other animals, sniffing and licking the mouths of larger dogs, and letting cats encircle him as they try to find out what this little black ball of fluff is. He is a little love bug! Toby is being crate trained in his foster home and is working on his house training. Toby will thrive in a household that has herding breed experience and is willing to continue his ongoing socialization and obedience training. Since he is a puppy, his family should expect to be home with him at least every 2 hours. Toby will need at least 1 hour of exercise a day plus plenty of mental stimulation to keep his mind busy. Toby will be an amazing running and hiking partner who will thrive when enjoying the outdoors with his humans! He currently weighs 7lbs and is expected to reach approximately 50lbs full grown.
