Meet Illya! Illya is more quiet and introspective for someone that is a P.O.P.P. Agent in Section Two. But do not underestimate him, he was a streets kid before joining P.O.P.P. and can hold his own when the need arises. He is intelligent and uses that intelligence to his advantage. He gets along well with his fellow agents but likes his individual assignments as well. If you are looking for a purring, lap cat, Illya is not what you want BUT if you are looking for an agent that will be an asset to your team, Illya could be that right one. Illya was born in late August 2025 and lives happily with other cats in his foster home. He has not had exposure to dogs or kids. Illya has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
