About Cortina
Birthday: February 21, 2025 This long haired beauty was found in a parking lot outside a busy store. She stayed out there during the harsh cold and snowy winter and somehow came out of it. The employees of the store were kind enough to feed her during the rough times and even made some shelters for her to sleep in. However, in the end, it was not a safe place for a pretty girl like her to live. She was brought to a LCCR foster home, and she's enjoying the nice warm and dry indoor life. She was given the name Cortina. Cortina is slowly getting used to her new life, but she's also coming out of her shell a bit. She's a quiet, timid girl who is taking her time adjusting to her foster home and even adventuring into other rooms! As she explores more each day, she's becoming more interested. With some time and love, she's would make for a wonderful kitty. She's even showing signs that she might be a wonderful little cat friend for others! Though the other residing "office manager" kitty hisses at her, she isn't bothered by it at all! She just stares at her and stands her ground as if saying, "Alright, fine! Sheesh!" With other kitties, she doesn't show any sign that she's bothered by their presence. So she might not mind having a kitty sibling if you already have one at home! Despite being a shy girl, Cortina's sweet side has begun to poke it's head out! She can't get enough of pettings, and she'll even roll over for some belly rubs! She'll let out a purr that sounds like it's coming from her whole body! Her fur is very fine and soft, so it will be hard to resist giving her some lovin'! She enjoys her time getting brushed and doesn't even mind if you clip her nails! A nice, quiet home is something she enjoys, and she hopes her new home will be one! Sometimes she will hangout under a desk, enjoying the space, and other times, she will sneak up on the windowsill to relax in her comfy cat bed! Cortina is a girl who enjoys the small things in life, and she wouldn't mind showing you how if you brought her home! Her adoption donation is $140 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay.
