Some foster homes cannot be trusted. We specifically asked them NOT to tell Eli we had a crush on him... after all, we didn't want him getting a big head. But just look at that big block head. They definitely told him. It's the only explanation. Now that the secret is out that Eli is a super chunky hunk, we might as well introduce him properly. Meet Eli - a 3-year-old bully boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Eli did test heartworm positive, but the good news is heartworm is very treatable and he'll be going through treatment so his heart can heal. Many dogs go on to live long, happy lives after treatment, and Eli deserves that chance too. Right now he just needs a family willing to cheer him on while he gets back to full strength... and then enjoy all the love this handsome guy has to give.
