Phoebe is an 18-month-old hound who is house-trained and gets along well with both cats and other dogs. She is very playful and has a high energy level. She also loves to hang out with you on the sofa, she thinks she's a lap dog. Due to her activity level, she requires a home with a fence and someone who can provide her with plenty of exercise.
