About Jake
Jake started out in a feral colony but never seemed to fit the part. Someone saw his gentle nature and decided he deserved a chance at a better life. Now, Jake has shown he's all about affection—he seeks out attention even before food and leans in for every pet. Get him going with a good head scratch and he purrs so hard he drools. He's good-natured, loves company, and quickly shows how sweet he truly is. Jake was born June 4, 2024, making him a Gemini—he’s got that friendly, curious charm to match. His vaccinations are current, and he's neutered, FIV-negative, FELV (regressive) positive, and microchipped. Visits are by appointment at his foster home, or you might catch him at local adoption events in Staten Island. Home visits are a must for adoption. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
