Toby was adopted by an older couple from a rescue and they were told he was 4 yrs old. He is actually 11 months old and too much for them to handle. He was surrendered to a shelter ue to his puppy energy. Toby is dog friendly, UTD, house trained, loving and just wants to be a lap dog!
