About Maria
Maria is a striking long-haired Ragdoll mix kitten with incredibly soft fur and a gentle spirit. Born under the sign of Leo (July 27), she brings warmth and a bold heart, despite some extra challenges. Maria may have Manx syndrome, making her both fecal and urinary incontinent. She takes daily medication, is on prescription food, and needs regular cleaning and grooming to stay comfortable. She wears a baby diaper and onesie when exploring the house—she pulls it off with pure dignity and sweetness. Maria also has hip dysplasia, and she may need a femoral head ostectomy as she grows. Any adopter will need to be ready for ongoing vet care and a consultative relationship with their vet. She’ll need a compassionate, steady home that can commit to her routines and needs. Despite all of this, Maria radiates joy. She gets along with dogs and cats, adores batting at toys, and melts into cuddles with her foster. Her purr is loudest when she’s curled up close, soaking in affection. Maria is searching for a family ready to take on her unique needs and offer her lifelong security. The bond she’ll give back will be one that sticks. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
